Salmon flies
The task of choosing the right flies when on the river bank can be a daunting task. All types of questions are asked ie. how high is the river, colour, speed and what depth should I fish.Fishing in the spring is normally associated with tubes, large flies fished on sunk lines. As we move towards the summer the tactics can change to single handed rods and small flies. The grilse arrive and can give good sport to light tackle.
